Fast-growing national employment firm seeks a class action defense associate to join its Pittsburgh labor & employment team. The role focuses on defending wage-and-hour collective actions, discrimination claims and related employment litigation, and providing counseling and training to employer clients.

Daily work will include managing litigation across court, agency, mediation and arbitration settings; advising clients on compliance and enforcement trends; and acting as lead counsel on complex matters alongside senior team members.

Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school
3+ years' experience defending class/collective actions and other employment litigation
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar and in good standing
Experience acting as lead counsel on employment matters
Familiarity with federal and state agency enforcement practices (EEOC, state agencies)
Strong attention to detail, organizational and project-management skills
