Apply in confidence →Join the General Counsel’s Office of a leading international law firm as a Client Contracts Attorney supporting the Conflicts & Business Review/Client Contracts team. The role focuses on review, negotiation and management of client-drafted engagement terms, NDAs, business associate agreements, RFP terms and other third‑party contracts to ensure the firm can comply with client requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising exceptions, preparing internal memoranda summarizing approved client guidelines, coordinating redlines and version control, completing client due diligence requests, and communicating issues to fee-earners and, when authorized, to clients. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Client Contracts and a small team of Client Contracts Attorneys.
Remote work is available subject to location approval; occasional travel to the Atlanta office may be required. The role is supported by a comprehensive benefits package and a merit-based compensation program.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active U.S. law license in the candidate's jurisdiction
- Minimum of 3 years' experience reviewing and negotiating contracts; experience with privacy/data protection matters preferred
- Strong drafting, redlining and communications skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word track changes and document comparison tools; familiarity with project management tools and generative AI tools a plus
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a legal operations/team environment
