Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and revising exceptions, preparing internal memoranda summarizing approved client guidelines, coordinating redlines and version control, completing client due diligence requests, and communicating issues to fee-earners and, when authorized, to clients. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Client Contracts and a small team of Client Contracts Attorneys.
