Apply in confidence →Join a national firm’s General Counsel Office as a Client Contracts Lawyer supporting client‑facing contracting across the business. This role sits within a central Client Contracts & Commercial team and focuses on delivering commercially pragmatic, compliant contract solutions for technology and other cross‑practice matters.
The position is full‑time, hybrid (c.3 days per week in the office) and offers exposure to high‑value, firm‑wide decision making, process improvement projects and deployment of contract‑management tools and legal technology.
- Qualified solicitor with strong academic background; typically 3+ years PQE (all suitable experience considered).
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and technology‑related contracts, including AI‑related provisions.
- Proven ability to give clear, commercially grounded advice to internal stakeholders and escalate appropriately.
- Strong analytical, organisation, negotiation and communication skills; comfortable working across unfamiliar or complex subject areas.
- Interest in legal technology and improving contracting processes; collaborative but able to work autonomously.
