Join a specialist healthcare team advising on clinical negligence, patient safety, consent, mental health and related areas. The team handles a mix of pre‑litigation and litigated work in a fast‑moving sector and offers a supportive environment with opportunities to develop technically and commercially.

The role involves managing a caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters for healthcare provider clients, conducting investigations, instructing counsel and experts, drafting pleadings and SLA reporting, and meeting financial and chargeable targets. You will also assist with client service tasks, business development and profile‑raising activities.

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with c.2+ years’ PQE.
Experience in clinical negligence (defence experience preferred); claimant solicitors open to switching to defence will be supported.
Practical knowledge of CPR and civil litigation procedure, with strong advocacy and case‑management skills.
Ability to work to tight deadlines, meet billing targets and contribute to business development; team player who can also work on own initiative.
