Qualified solicitor with clinical negligence (defendant-side) experience
Knowledge of CPR and demonstrable claims-handling skills
Strong drafting, advocacy and technical legal ability
Good time management, analytical skills and commercial awareness
Ability to supervise/mentor junior staff and contribute to client development; comfortable working independently and in teams
