The firm brings together 200 professionals, including 47 partners, advising major corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, and public entities on the most high-profile and complex market transactions. Its practice spans all areas of business law, combining transactional and litigation expertise, with particular strength in highly regulated sectors such as banking & finance, energy & renewables, real estate, and IP/tech/data.

The firm is now seeking a lawyer with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience gained in a top-tier law firm, to join its cross-border Corporate/M&A practice within a team of 10 lawyers handling strategic, high-visibility deals in an international context.

- 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer, ideally in a top-tier firm, with a focus on corporate and M&A matters
- Admitted to the French Bar (CAPA) or equivalent qualification
- Master’s degree in business law, preferably complemented by a dual degree (e.g., in France or abroad) or a business school background
- Excellent English language skills (oral and written); additional languages are a plus
- Strong team spirit and genuine passion for international, cross-border transactional projects
- High standards of professionalism, rigor, and client service
