Avocat — Corporate / International (Paris)

Small-firm-style speculative opening for a qualified lawyer to join a well-established international practice in Paris. The role would suit a candidate with experience advising on cross-border corporate and commercial matters, or keen to develop a transactional/international advisory practise within a busy team.

The office offers exposure to cross-border work and collaborative multi-jurisdictional matters. The team is looking for someone adaptable, client-focused and comfortable working in French and English.

• Qualified to practise in France (admitted to a French bar) or equivalent qualification.
• Strong academic background and demonstrable experience in corporate or international advisory work.
• Fluency in French and strong English skills; additional languages a plus.
• Client-facing skills, team-oriented and able to manage multiple matters to deadline.
