Join an in-house legal team supporting a growing renewable energy business. This role offers a mix of commercial contracting, compliance, governance and risk work with visible, business-facing responsibility and opportunities to shape policy and controls.

You will work closely with legal, compliance and operational stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused advice, draft and negotiate contracts, support due diligence and translate regulatory change into clear guidance for the business.

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE
Experience in commercial contracts and in-house/compliance work
Strong commercial judgment and pragmatic advisory style
Proven ability to work with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
