Top-tier New York-based legal team is seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to support the in-house legal function for their technology practice. The role focuses on reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and vendor agreements, including software, hosted services, consulting and recruitment agreements.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior in-house counsel, manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and provide practical, commercially minded advice. Familiarity with the systems and technology that support contract workflows is a plus.

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar standing.
Approximately 2 years' post-qualification experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; prior law firm, professional services or consulting experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience with software licenses, hosted services, consulting and vendor agreements.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and verbal/written communication skills; high attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with contract-management or legal systems preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
