Senior knowledge-role within a market-leading commercial and technology practice based in London. The role sits across Commercial, Technology Outsourcing and Data & Cyber workstreams and focuses on building and maintaining precedents, playbooks and guidance to drive consistent delivery of commercial and tech advice.

You will translate AI and legal‑technology initiatives into practical knowledge assets, support training and horizon‑scanning, and work closely with fee‑earners, Knowledge & Legal Technology, IT, BD and Risk teams to embed innovation and improve efficiency.

This is a full‑time position, with flexibility around working arrangements available to discuss during the application process.

Qualified lawyer (England & Wales or equivalent) with c.4+ years' PQE; strong commercial/technology experience.
Practical experience drafting and maintaining commercial and tech precedents (IT/outsourcing, SaaS, services, licensing or similar).
Genuine interest in AI and regulatory developments; experience with AI tools or other legal tech is desirable.
Strong communication and training skills, proven project management, and a collaborative approach to coaching junior colleagues.
