Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating credit and security agreements, intercreditor and ancillary loan documents, and handling syndicated facilities, cash‑flow and asset‑based loans, restructurings and workouts. 2–4 years' experience in commercial finance or debt finance
Strong background on lender-side matters, including syndicated loan and asset‑based lending transactions
Proven ability to draft and negotiate credit agreements, security agreements and intercreditor/ancillary documentation
Top academic credentials, excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to build client relationships
