Top-tier national finance practice is seeking a commercial finance associate to join its team in Philadelphia (other office considerations: Phoenix or Minneapolis). The role focuses on complex commercial lending matters for institutional clients, including banks, finance companies, private equity-backed borrowers and nonprofit entities.

The position requires strong transactional experience across syndicated and portfolio finance transactions, practical knowledge of UCC Article 9 and the bankruptcy code, and the ability to handle all phases of commercial finance matters. 3–6 years’ transactional finance experience (commercial lending, syndicated and/or portfolio transactions)
Working knowledge of UCC Article 9 and the bankruptcy code in commercial finance contexts
Experience with workouts/restructurings, and/or M&A/private equity transactions is a plus
Excellent academic record, strong writing and analytical skills
Active bar license in the state of the chosen office (PA, AZ, or MN)
