Join a national technology group as a commercial lawyer focusing on general commercial and digital matters. The role is client-facing and involves drafting, negotiating and advising on technology, SaaS, hosting, data processing and wider commercial contracts.

The team works across multiple UK offices; this vacancy is based in Newcastle with the option to work with colleagues in Leeds or Southampton. You will support a mix of public‑ and private‑sector clients on routine and complex commercial matters, with exposure to project work and cross‑office collaboration.

This is a hands‑on role for an experienced commercial lawyer who enjoys transactional drafting, pragmatic client advice and helping shape commercial terms for technology and digital services.

Qualified solicitor or equivalent (UK or relevant jurisdiction).
Practical experience advising on commercial and technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, data processing, outsourcing).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills and ability to provide clear, commercial advice.
Comfortable working across multiple offices and collaborating with senior lawyers and business teams.
