J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to the Georgia bar
Prior litigation experience in commercial civil matters; law firm experience preferred
Strong legal research, drafting, and motion practice skills
Comfort with discovery management, depositions, and courtroom preparation
Team-oriented with excellent client communication and judgment
