Join a nationally recognised commercial dispute resolution team at a highly regarded UK law firm. This associate role can be based in Birmingham, Brighton or Gatwick and offers exposure to a broad range of commercial litigation matters handled on a regional and cross‑border basis.

The team advises businesses, financial institutions and individuals on complex contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, professional negligence claims and urgent injunctive work. You will work directly with clients, manage matters with growing autonomy and collaborate across offices on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years PQE.
Experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution (domestic and/or cross‑border).
