Commercial Litigation Associate — Dallas

Seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for a Dallas office of a national law firm. The role sits primarily with the Financial Services & Capital Markets practice group and involves handling complex commercial disputes across all phases of litigation.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, participating in discovery and depositions, assisting with trial and arbitration preparation, engaging in settlement discussions, and communicating directly with clients. The firm values candidates who combine strong litigation experience with excellent judgment, client service skills, and an ability to manage multiple matters under pressure.

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience (mid-level associate)
• Active Texas bar license required
• Practical experience drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery and depositions, and supporting trial or arbitration preparation (trial/arbitration experience preferred)
• Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and ability to handle multiple matters and interact with clients
