Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy Denver litigation team. The role involves substantive courtroom and pretrial litigation work in state and federal court, including managing written and document discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, appearing at hearings, and participating in settlement negotiations.

The team values collegiality, strong legal writing and oral advocacy, and lawyers who thrive in a collaborative, high‑volume practice. Candidates should be motivated, client-focused, and comfortable working directly with partners and clients on complex business disputes.

3–4 years of commercial/business litigation experience (Class of 2022–2023)
Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills; experience arguing motions and trial preparation preferred
Experience managing written and document discovery, depositions, and court filings in state and federal court
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school; strong academic record
Active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar; admission to the California Bar strongly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced practice and interact directly with partners and clients
