3–5 years of commercial litigation experience preferred
Experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation: discovery, pleadings, depositions, motions, mediation; arbitration and administrative matters a plus

Excellent academic record, strong legal writing, and effective interpersonal/team skills
Colorado bar admission or commitment to obtain admission promptly; federal clerkship experience preferred but not required
