Commercial Litigation Associate — Denver

A mid- to senior-level associate is sought for a busy commercial litigation practice in the Denver office of a national law firm. The role involves managing and supporting complex commercial disputes across all phases of litigation.

Successful candidates will work in a collaborative team environment, take on significant responsibility for case strategy and drafting, and participate in client-facing and business-development activities.

• 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to and good standing with the Colorado bar
• Excellent legal research, drafting, oral advocacy, and analytical skills
• Prior law firm litigation experience preferred; include law school transcript and writing sample with application
