Seeking a litigation associate to join a full-service Denver litigation team at a major international law firm. The role offers exposure to complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts, arbitrations, and multidistrict matters representing clients across industries.

The position emphasizes hands-on litigation work — drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court — with mentoring from experienced trial lawyers and collaboration across practice groups.

• 2–3 years of commercial litigation experience
• Admission and good standing with the Colorado bar
• Strong legal research, drafting and writing skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and appearances in state and federal courts
