Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a Denver litigation team focused on complex matters for financial services and capital markets clients. The role involves handling all phases of litigation in state and federal forums, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and client communication.

The position is for candidates with demonstrated litigation experience who can work collaboratively on fast-paced matters, contribute to case strategy, and assist at trial or arbitration when needed. The team values diverse perspectives and offers competitive compensation and benefits. The posted Denver salary range is $210,000 - $240,000, commensurate with experience.

3–5 years of commercial litigation experience preferred
Experience with discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, and client communications; state and federal court experience preferred
Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is a plus
Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and sound professional judgment
Colorado bar admission or commitment to obtain admission promptly; federal clerkship experience preferred
