Commercial Litigation Associate — Fort Lauderdale

Experienced commercial litigation associate sought for a busy Fort Lauderdale litigation team. The role focuses on managing and defending complex commercial matters in both federal and state courts, with a heavy emphasis on large-scale consumer class actions and multi-party litigation.

Preferred experience includes consumer protection/fraud, privacy and data‑breach defense, product‑liability and health‑care related disputes. The position requires strong legal research and drafting skills, courtroom experience, and the ability to handle discovery and motion practice independently.

Applicants must be licensed to practice in Florida and able to appear in federal courts as needed.

• 5–7 years of litigation experience at a law firm or in complex civil litigation
• Proven experience defending large-scale consumer class actions and multi‑party commercial disputes
• Experience with consumer protection, privacy/data-breach, product liability, or health‑care litigation preferred
• Excellent legal research, drafting and oral advocacy skills; strong attention to detail
• Active Florida bar license in good standing; federal court admission preferred or obtainable
