Growing commercial litigation team in Houston is seeking an associate with experience handling complex business disputes in state and federal courts. The role involves work across a range of matters such as financial fraud, securities, breach of contract, fiduciary and shareholder disputes, partnership and loan disputes, construction and UCC-related litigation.

Daily responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and preparing matters for trial and appeal. The position offers hybrid work options and standard firm benefits.

Admission to the Texas bar is required.

2–7 years' experience in complex commercial litigation
Admission to the Texas Bar
Proven experience with motion practice, depositions, complex discovery, and trial preparation
Experience in federal and state court matters, and comfort with mediations/arbitrations
