Growing litigation team in Atlanta is seeking a mid-level commercial litigator with a focus on landlord‑tenant and real estate disputes. The role handles complex commercial matters across all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, legal research, and courtroom advocacy.

Ideal candidates will join a full‑service national firm’s regional office and work on matters involving landlord/tenant litigation, premises liability, HOA issues, compliance matters, and related real estate disputes. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Approximately 6 years of complex commercial litigation experience, with substantive landlord‑tenant and real estate litigation exposure
Admission to the Georgia Bar required; admission to other nearby state bars (e.g., Alabama) a plus
Strong motion practice, drafting, research and oral advocacy skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage substantive matters independently
