Commercial Litigation Associate — Las Vegas

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy commercial litigation and dispute resolution team in Las Vegas. The group handles complex matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts for a diverse roster of local, national and international clients.

The role offers hands-on case management experience: drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting discovery, preparing for and participating in hearings and trials, and developing oral advocacy skills within a collaborative, mentoring environment at a national firm.

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or via a federal/state clerkship
• Excellent legal writing, research and attention to detail
• Experience drafting pleadings, briefs and discovery; courtroom and oral advocacy experience preferred
• Active Nevada bar license or ability to waive in
• Strong academic credentials and references
