Seeking a mid-level commercial litigation associate to join a national practice operating through a virtual office. The role is best suited to candidates with 4 6 years of litigation experience who can handle all phases of complex commercial disputes, from factual investigation and discovery to motion practice, depositions and client-facing advocacy.

The position will primarily support matters in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. 4 6 years' commercial litigation experience preferred
Proven experience with discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions and settlement negotiations
Experience managing cases with a high degree of autonomy; labor & employment litigation experience preferred
Active bar license in Michigan or Ohio (candidates must reside in MI or OH); dual MI/OH license preferred
Excellent academic credentials, strong judgment and ability to manage multiple matters under pressure
