The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes (breach of contract, shareholder and company disputes, fraud-related claims), conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, liaising with counsel and experts, and attending client meetings, mediations and court hearings. You will work directly with senior lawyers while taking ownership of files and contributing to strategy and client-facing execution.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 3 years PQE in commercial litigation
Proven experience managing own matters and supporting larger, complex disputes
Strong legal research, drafting and advocacy support skills
Comfortable liaising with clients, counsel and experts; confident in court and mediation settings
Commercial mindset, good judgement and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm for business development and involvement in team marketing activities
