Commercial Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Well-regarded national firm is seeking a junior to mid-level commercial litigation associate for its Los Angeles office. The role involves supporting complex commercial litigation matters, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, and participating in case strategy and client-facing work.

Ideal candidates will take on significant responsibility within a collaborative team, contribute to business development and client pitches, and manage multiple active matters under partner supervision. California bar admission in good standing and excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; law school transcripts requested
• Admission to and in good standing with the California bar
• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm (preferred)
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on teams and to contribute to business development and client presentations
