Commercial Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Mid-level associate opportunity in a busy commercial litigation team in Los Angeles. The role involves managing litigation matters, preparing pleadings and contested motions, conducting legal research, taking depositions, and handling written discovery and motion practice.

Preference for candidates with prior firm experience and/or clerkship, and experience or strong interest in complex business litigation including consumer class actions. The group also welcomes candidates with trademark or trade-secret experience. • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience (post-qualification)
• Active or pending admission to the California bar
• Proven drafting and research skills, including contested motions (e.g., motions to dismiss, summary judgment, class-certification, preliminary injunction)
• Experience with depositions, discovery practice, and courtroom advocacy; excellent written and oral communication skills
