IP Litigation Associate — Los Angeles

Top-tier law firm seeking associates (law school classes of 2019–2022) to join a busy IP litigation team in Los Angeles. The role involves handling patent litigation matters across federal courts and administrative forums.

Candidates should have solid patent litigation experience and strong academic credentials. Preferred background includes undergraduate degrees in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical or biomedical engineering and prior clerkship experience at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; familiarity with PTAB proceedings is an additional plus.

• Graduates from law school classes of 2019–2022
• Demonstrable patent/IP litigation experience
• Strong academic record from a top law school
• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science preferred (EE, CE, CS, ME, ChemE, BioE)
• CAFC clerkship experience preferred; PTAB experience a plus
