Commercial Litigation Associate — Miami (South Florida)

Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a busy South Florida litigation team. The role involves handling contested matters across the commercial litigation lifecycle, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances in state and federal courts.

Work will include drafting pleadings and briefs, managing document review and e-discovery, coordinating with clients and co-counsel, and supporting trial preparation. The team handles a diverse docket of business disputes for regional and national clients.

• Juris Doctor and admission to the Florida bar (or eligible to be admitted)
• Prior litigation experience in commercial disputes (clerking, firm, or in-house experience)
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfort with e-discovery and case-management tools; ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
