A fast-paced litigation role in Orlando for a 2–4 PQE associate to join a national litigation team handling complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts. The position involves managing written and document discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and assisting with trial preparation and settlement negotiations.
