A national litigation team is hiring a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a virtual practice group supporting matters for clients in technology, manufacturing and transportation. This role handles all phases of complex commercial litigation: factual investigation, discovery management, drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, settlement negotiations, and client communications.

4–6 years' commercial litigation experience preferred
Experience across all phases of complex commercial litigation (discovery, motions, depositions, settlements)
Additional experience in labor & employment litigation preferred
Must reside in Michigan or Ohio and hold an active bar license in the state of residence; dual MI/OH admission preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy, case management skills, and client-facing experience
