The role involves handling complex business litigation matters in state and federal courts, with frequent responsibility for drafting pleadings and motions, managing written and document discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing witnesses, and appearing at hearings and status conferences.

4–6 years of commercial/business litigation experience (class of 2020–2022)
Proven legal writing and oral advocacy skills; experience arguing motions and managing complex discovery
Experience with depositions, witness preparation, and trial preparation preferred
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Utah Bar (timely admission required if not yet admitted)
Strong academic credentials, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients
