Seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join a national restructuring and special situations practice in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, workouts, distressed acquisitions and related bankruptcy litigation, including cross-border insolvency matters.

The position offers exposure to a wide variety of creditor-side and debtor-side matters and the opportunity to work on both litigation and transactional aspects of restructurings. The team handles in-court proceedings and out-of-court restructurings for clients across industries.

2–4 years' post-qualification experience in restructuring/bankruptcy or related creditors' rights work
Experience with Chapter 11 matters, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A, bankruptcy litigation, and drafting pleadings and transactional documents
Good standing with the Utah Bar and strong academic credentials
Effective drafting and oral advocacy skills; writing sample and law school transcript usually requested
