Top-tier law firm is seeking an associate to join its Executive Compensation group in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with significant involvement in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

The team advises on a range of transactional and compensation plan matters; the position offers a competitive salary and benefits package consistent with a large national practice.

2–6 years' post-qualification experience focused on executive compensation and employee benefits
Transactional experience advising on executive compensation matters in M&A and related business transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills for compensation agreements and plan documents
J.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility) in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent academic and communication skills
