Employment Litigation Associate — Salt Lake City

Well-established national labor & employment practice seeks an associate to join its Salt Lake City litigation team. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related lawsuits and administrative charges, including individual and class/collective actions, mediations, arbitrations, and agency proceedings.

The position combines courtroom and counseling work: litigating discrimination, retaliation, wage-and-hour, non-compete and related employment claims, and providing day-to-day advice to employer clients on employment law and regulatory issues. The team operates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with hybrid in-office expectations.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• 3–5 years of litigation experience; employment/labor background strongly preferred
• Admission to the Utah bar or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Knowledge of federal and state employment agencies and court procedures; excellent written and oral advocacy
• Strong organization, time/project management, and client-service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
