Seeking a 3rd–4th year associate to join a busy commercial litigation group in the San Francisco office of a leading U.S. law firm. The role involves handling complex business disputes in state and federal court, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, witness preparation, and participation in settlement discussions and trial preparation.

3–4 years post-qualification litigation experience (class of 2022–2023)
Experience with complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts (discovery, pleadings, motions, depositions, trial prep)
Persuasive legal writing and oral advocacy skills; comfort interacting directly with partners and clients
Top academic credentials; JD from an ABA‑approved law school and membership in good standing with the California Bar (timely admission to CA Bar required)
Professionalism, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills
