JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Washington (or ability to waive in promptly)
2–4 years of relevant litigation experience (law firm, clerkship, or comparable setting)
Strong legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; experience with discovery, motions practice, and court appearances
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project-management abilities; ability to work independently and in teams
