Commercial Litigation Associate — West Palm Beach

Mid-level associate role in a busy commercial litigation trial practice based in West Palm Beach. The team handles complex civil disputes and seeks an analytically minded advocate who can manage demanding litigation assignments, draft pleadings and motions, and contribute at trial.

The role offers substantive courtroom and briefing experience within a collaborative team. Candidates will be expected to work independently on research and writing, participate in strategy development, and support trial preparation and advocacy.

• Minimum 3 years litigation experience (PQE).
• Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; experience preparing pleadings and complex motion practice.
• Graduated from a nationally recognized law school.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
