Established national law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level commercial litigation attorney to join its Akron office within the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation practice. The role involves handling contested matters in state and federal courts across a range of industries.

Typical matters include complex commercial disputes such as breach of contract, fiduciary and shareholder/partnership disputes, loan and UCC litigation, securities and financial-fraud related cases, and construction litigation. The position requires courtroom and litigation-management experience across all phases of litigation.

4–15 years of complex commercial litigation experience.
Admission to the Ohio Bar required.
Proven track record in motion practice, depositions, complex discovery management, and trial preparation.
