Growing national law firm seeks a senior commercial litigator to join its Boise team. The role involves handling all phases of commercial litigation, managing client relationships, and appearing at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

9–10 years of commercial litigation experience
Active license to practice in Idaho (Washington license preferred)
Proven experience with drafting/responding to discovery, motions and motion practice, and taking/defending depositions
Strong legal research, writing, analytical skills, and ability to work independently
Client management experience and commitment to high-quality client service; trial experience preferred
Must reside in the Boise area (position is remote but requires local presence)
