Seeking a senior commercial litigation attorney to join a national full-service law firm’s Boise office. The role involves handling a broad litigation docket with significant client responsibility, including managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and representing clients at mediations and hearings.

9-10 years of litigation experience (PQE)
Active admission to the Idaho bar required; Washington admission preferred but not required
Proven experience with discovery, motion drafting and motion practice, depositions, and courtroom/mediation appearances
Excellent legal research, writing, analysis skills, and ability to supervise client matters independently
Client-facing experience and commitment to superior client service; trial experience preferred
Remote-working option but must reside in the Boise area
