Apply in confidence →Seeking an associate or senior attorney to join a regulatory affairs team advising on energy transactional matters. The role is open in multiple U.S. offices (Boise; Minneapolis; Phoenix; Salt Lake City) and will focus on electric industry transactions and regulatory interfaces.
Typical matters include Power Purchase Agreements, Interconnection Agreements (generation, transmission, load), large-load and electric service agreements, and transmission service issues. The team works across project development and regulatory touchpoints, including matters that interface with state and federal regulators.

- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5–10 years of energy transactional experience (electric industry focus)
- Experience with PPAs, interconnection agreements, transmission and electric service agreements; large-load matters preferred
- Admission (or ability to become admitted) in Idaho, Minnesota, Arizona, or Utah
- Strong written and oral communication skills; comfort interfacing with regulators; FERC or state regulatory experience preferred
