Commercial Litigation Attorney — Litigation

National law firm with a presence across the United States is seeking commercial litigation attorneys to join its litigation team. Roles are available for candidates with experience in financial services litigation (commercial and residential), real estate litigation, and general commercial disputes.

Successful candidates will handle complex motion practice, hearings, depositions and trials, work closely with experienced litigation mentors, and have opportunities for client-facing work and transactional real estate matters. The firm offers remote and flexible arrangements across its national platform.

• Minimum 3 years' commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal research and outstanding writing skills
• Proven litigation abilities, including motion practice and courtroom experience
• Self-motivated team player able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Real estate transactional experience or CMBS background is a plus
