Seeking a commercial litigation associate to join a national litigation practice in Reno. The role focuses on civil commercial litigation matters and offers courtroom-facing experience including hearings, depositions and trial work where available.

Ideal candidates will have strong litigation writing, research and oral advocacy skills, be self‑starters who work well on teams, and be able to manage assignments with minimal supervision. Prior clerkships and ESI experience are desirable.

J.D. and admission to the Nevada bar
Approximately 3 years of civil commercial litigation experience
Strong litigation writing, research and advocacy skills
Prior clerkship and/or e‑discovery (ESI) experience preferred
Trial experience preferred but not required; ability to handle hearings and depositions
