Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation and/or arbitration experience, including trial or final hearing experience
Strong research, writing, oral advocacy, and discovery skills
Excellent academic credentials; top-of-class ranking or degree from a top-tier law school preferred
Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission required; federal clerkship and interest in international disputes are a plus
