Join a well-regarded Queensland property and projects team based in Brisbane working on a varied range of commercial property and renewable-energy related matters. The role involves acquisitions and disposals, hotel and resort transactions, land tenure and titling for energy transition projects (wind, solar, battery, waste-to-hydrogen) and related infrastructure and regulatory work.

You will work on transactions across Australia, support project structuring and project financing, and assist with foreign investment approvals, environmental offset and complex body corporate matters. The team offers regular supervision, collaborative workflows and clear development paths, with opportunities to contribute to client relationships and business development.

3–4 years post-admission (3–4 years PQE) in commercial property law
Experience with property acquisitions/disposals and exposure to renewable‑energy or infrastructure transactions
Strong drafting, research and commercial skills; capable of running files alongside senior lawyers and autonomously
Client-facing skills, ability to mentor junior lawyers and interest in business development
