Top-tier New York litigation team seeks a mid-level associate to join its commercial and restructuring litigation group. The role focuses on complex bankruptcy- and restructuring-related disputes alongside general commercial litigation matters.

You will handle all phases of litigation in federal district, bankruptcy, and state courts (including NY and DE), working with restructuring and special situations teams to represent debtors, creditors’ committees, ad hoc groups and institutional creditors.

This position requires regular in‑office attendance and adherence to the employer's workplace policies.

2–6 years of commercial litigation experience with demonstrated restructuring/bankruptcy litigation work
Experience litigating in federal district, bankruptcy, and state courts (NY and DE preferred)
Comfort with all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trials and appeals
Excellent legal research and writing skills and strong academic credentials
