Join a global, full-service law firm’s London technology team as a commercially focused associate. The role combines high-quality drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology agreements with practical client-facing advisory work across cross-border transactions.

Work will include advising on complex tech and outsourcing matters such as software development and licensing, cloud hosting and SaaS arrangements, outsourcing, reseller/distribution and commercial supply agreements, website and platform terms, and related commercial IP provisions. You will sit in a market-facing team that supports clients across sectors including technology, data, financial services, healthcare, energy and retail.

Qualified solicitor/advocate with a minimum of 3 years PQE in commercial and technology contracts.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on technology, outsourcing, licensing and commercial supply agreements.
Comfortable advising on cross-border matters and working directly with clients and multi-jurisdictional teams.
Commercial mindset, attention to detail, good organisational skills and willingness to participate in business development and client-facing activities.
