Top-tier law firm seeking a Compensation & Benefits associate to join a national team advising employers, investors, and high-growth companies on executive and employee compensation matters. The role focuses on compensation and benefits aspects of corporate transactions and ongoing counseling for growth-stage technology and life sciences clients.

You'll work closely with deal teams and client-side counsel on a broad range of matters, with opportunities to develop expertise in qualified retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, equity and incentive structures, and transactional compensation issues. The team emphasizes collegial mentoring, formal training, and integration into client engagements.

2–4 years of experience at a law firm or equivalent counseling role, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
Admission to the bar of the state where the attorney will be based.
Experience or interest in working with growth-stage technology and life sciences companies and their investors; ERISA/benefits or qualified-plan experience is a plus.
Strong academic credentials, excellent verbal and written communication, research, and organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across practice teams.
